Ultimate Spider Warrior Fighting

Fight spider with superhero characters and rescue the princess.

The combat makes the boss battles much more pleasing in Web of Shadows than they were in any other spider fighting game.

Boss battles are usually quite long since almost all bosses have multiple stages of attacks depending on how much of their health that they maintain.

The only thing that ever gets in the way of the otherwise great combat is the camera. It sometimes gets stuck in between a building or gets locked into place while looking up or down.

To control this fusion, he creates four metal arms which he can mentally control.

His fusion creates a strong magnetic field, destroying the lab, killing his wife Rosie,

and grafting his metal arms to his spine and giving his arms control over him.

He blames Heroes for the incident, despite the fact that Heroes was not in the lab until the middle of it.

Octavius, now known as Dr. Octopus, kidnaps Aunt May, but she is saved by Heroes.

In the time following, special effects artist Quentin Beck tries to prove that Heroes is a fraud by challenging Peter in a series of "Ultimate Spider Warrior Fighting".

Heroes emerges successful. Consequently, Beck tries to kill my Heroes, but is thwarted.

The embarrassment causes Beck to assume the identity of Mysterio, attacking journalists attending his press conference,

and commands his "UFOs" to "invade" the Statue of Liberty.

This really helps out for speedy air battles since you can quickly switch to another foe if the currently locked target is too far away. Auto-targeting usually seemed to work well with Spider-man's attacks as well. The only problem that I ever had with the targeting system was how it would sometimes target an extremely far enemy while I was trying to lock-on to a nearby foe.

Shocker is apprehended in a warehouse after attempting to use an experimental propulsion system to enhance his powers,

while Mysterio is knocked out with one punch from Heroes while trying to rob a Speedy Mart.

Peter takes a few photos of Beck as Mysterio, and J. Jonah Jameson uses these photos to make it appear that Heroes is in league with Mysterio.

The player can choose to give into the temptation of symbiotic outfit or take Spider Warrior normal heroic approach during certain key cutscenes and this will change the way the cutscene is showcased. For instance, instead of saving a certain character, when the black suit option is chosen, Ultimate Spider-man chooses to rip that character in half. This adds some slight replay value, but really multiple saves before certain cutscenes did me just fine.
