The sounds are sounds produced binaural stimulation of the human brain or synchronization.

The brain produces low frequency waves in response to hearing of two tones of slightly different frequencies that come separately through each ear when using stereo headphones. Rhythmic tone is perceived only as if the two had been mixing different tones out of the brain.

The binaural sounds can influence the human brain to produce brainwaves inducing able to produce relaxation, sleep, altered states of consciousness, lucid dreaming, creativity, elimination of pain and other benefits to the physical or mental health.
