Our vision is to delight our customers with every scoop of ice cream by using the purest and highest quality ingredients in crafting our artisanal ice cream.

Ice cream shouldn’t just taste good — it should also be good for you. What doesn’t go into our ice cream is just as important as what does! We never use artificial colors or flavors, and we can trace every single ingredient to its source.

We source our ingredients sustainably and practice our business responsibly. Established in Amman in 1995 with a single-door shop in Abdoun Circle, Gerard Ice Cream has since become a landmark in Amman growing steadily, thanks to you. We now have six locations in Amman, with a new parlor opened October 2019 in Swefieh Village. We also have plans to expand to countries neighboring Jordan.
