The plot of the comedy thriller " Mad Town Andreas 5 Hipster Story" follows the police captain Johnny Gap, who is tasked to find and grab a dangerous criminal hiding in the states. Having all the necessary knowledge, including the Ukrainian language, Johnny arrives in Chicago, where he is expected to work with local police officer Art Ridzik.

However, Art is not just a talkative guy, but the most insane hipster in Andreas, whose work style raises great doubts. Despite the huge differences, the partners are forced to work together for the sake of one big business.
