No it's not it's third person. This game is a huge ripoff of realm Royale down to it's core I'm surprised they don't get sued but it's because you can't patent a game mode or style of play

I remember comparing Survival Heroes to Realms Royale... 
If i recall in RR you can pick up armour and weapons it was more survival-esk. Gameplay wise they were more similar. RoH is, from what ive seen on PC more like SpellBreak.
Which when compared to SB, RoH came first. 
RR is in a league of its own, with SB soon to give it a run for its money... but SB is more hero shooter based, like RoH.

Theres another Netease BR game very much like RoH called Eclipse Isle. It focuses more on melee combat rather than ranged, making for more intense gameplay. I also recommend Cyber Hunter and Super Mecha both drom Netease... they are making really good BattleRoyales even if they are clones of other games.
