About Photo Pointer (Tech Demo)

Connect your phone to a TV and show your holiday photos to your friends

(Please note that this is a technology demonstrator for external displays. So Photo Pointer is only usable with an external display connected to your android phone/tablet)

Show your holiday pictures on a TV or beamer to your friends. Actually this is possible just with one Android phone or tablet. No laptop or PC is required anymore.

With Photo Pointer you can use the Android device like a remote for your external display. On the android device you can select a folder and preview all photos before you transfer the photo with just a finger touch to the external display. If you want to show a spot on the photo you can use your phone/tablet as a virtual laser pointer. Just point with your device on a area of the external display and zoom or move the photo.

Now you maybe think this is impossible. So please watch the video and try out for your self.

Requirements:

- Android 4.2

- HDMI connector for your device (e.g. micro HDMI, MHL, SlimPort, miracast).

Features:

- external display

- 4K resolution

- virtual laser pointer
