You wake up in an abandoned mental hospital and you have no idea what happened. You're just sure of two things, someone is playing with you and you should escape from there however you can.

Collect all the notes, batteries and keys that you find. But most importantly, look for places to hide. The zombies in that hospital have no mercy!

Horror Escape: Terror Hospital is the first part of a game of terror and suspense that will make you cry out in fear. You must survive all the creatures you encounter and find the way out.
