Application of population administration services in Bandung

Population Administration Services for the people of Bandung City who have limited time to process their Population Documents manually, this application provides convenience and transparency in Population Administration Services that are not limited by time. This application is designed to facilitate effective and efficient services.

What documents can be made through SALAMAN+?

Currently, there are 12 types of services that can be submitted through SALAMAN+:

1. Excerpt of Birth Certificate.

2. Child Identity Card (KIA).

3. Excerpt of Death Certificate.

4. Moving between Kelurahans within the City of Bandung.

5. Moving between districts within the city of Bandung.

6. Moving Out of Bandung City.

7. Moving Come to the City of Bandung.

8. Improvement of Population Data Elements.

9. Separate Family Card.

10. Reprint Family Cards.

11. Reprint KTP-el.

12. Temporary Stay Certificate (SKTS);

WHY USE A GREETING:

- SAVE TIME & COST: Simply upload all required documents and wait for further information without having to leave the house.

- NO COMPLETE: Lazy to go back and forth to the DISDUKCAPIL office because the required documents are incomplete? SALAMAN provides a feature for re-uploading required documents if your application fails (incomplete documents).

- AUTO COMPRESS IMAGE: With the support of this feature you don't have to bother having to reduce the size of the image because with this application all the images that you will upload will be adjusted automatically.

- SUBMISSION MONITORING: You can see whether your document submission process has been processed or not in the SALAMAN application.

- REALTIME NOTIFICATION: All notifications during the submission of population documents you will immediately receive via SMS, e-mail, and directly from the application.

- CHAT: You can use the chat feature to contact our officers if you experience problems or difficulties when submitting population documents.

All document management is FREE without any fees.
