The Social Capital is an initiative by Coimbatore Municipal Corporation where the Needs, Efforts and Resources of the city meets together.

Social Capital will be a common forum for all Community Organization(NGO’s), Educational Institutions, Hospitals Corporates, Professional Bodies, Youngsters, Entrepreneurs, Resident Associations and other Associations like Lions Club, Rotary Clubs, Ladies Club etc.., to work with City Municipal Corporation and Community in various social projects.

Spot the Hunger and Donate Food

Spots like slums, Orphanage, Shelter Home etc.., and other hunger spots will be mapped and when excess food request is made through No Food Waste, Excess foods will be donated to the hunger spots

Request Blood

Hospitals/Blood Banks can request for blood and the users of social capital app with similar blood group will be notified and they can either accept/decline. With this app, blood request can be made easy and time effective within 5-10 minutes of request
