This app will replace the physical ready reckoner and all the relevant information will be available in the digital format.

This app is mainly intended for SAs, CROs, CRMs, SM & SMOs and is designed as a tool for enabling better customer interactions. This will help in providing quick and accurate information for the customer queries during various types of interactions by the mentioned users. The app will be accessible based on the active CRMDMS user ID and with atleast one of the valid positions from the above mentioned list.
