Al-Imam al-Allamah Abu Zakaria Muhyuddin bin Syaraf an-Nawawi ad-Dimasyqi is one of the great scholar Shafi. He was born in the village of Nawa, near the city of Damascus, in the year 631 H and died in 24 Rajab 676 H. Both these places then become nisbat her name, an-Nawawi ad-Dimasyqi.
