-The user is provided with 2 options in the payment

- Pay later (ONLINE PAYMENT)

- Pay now (CASH at Time of pick up)

-The payment status will be visible in the user app, employee app, and Software.

-Request submit option is prepared.

- Image of the waste is also an option a client can send with the request.

2. Collection details

-The user is provided with the collection information made.

- The waste items will be classified

-The amount paid will be displayed.

3.Support

-Support option Is provided to the user with a call option.

- The call will be redirected directed to the Jeevanam Office.
