Also this is made for larger DPI devices as the size is 1080 x 1920. Lower DPI devices are not supported and can cause boot loop!! This requires the new CM12 or CM13 theme engine to work. (Or any custom ROM with the latest theme engine.) Again this is only a boot animation and not a theme.
To apply this you will need to click on your current theme in the theme app and then click customize. Scroll down to Boot Animation and click it. Last select Watch Dogs CM12 CM13. Reboot and enjoy! First boot might take a little longer than normal but after it goes back to normal.
