An application for those who want to quickly and correctly restore their physical shape after a long break.
Tested on volunteers.
A total of 3 exercises - squats, push-ups and abs crunches - are performed sequentially and an equal number of times. 5 sets, 3 times a week (Monday - Wednesday - Friday or Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday). Rest between sets for 1 to 3 minutes (depending on your feeling), no more.
The application takes into account your initial level, draws up an individual program and tries to bring your to peak form in 18 workouts (6 weeks, one and a half months).
After that, you can train on your own, choosing one of four difficulty levels.
Hints:
Helmet can be pressed
Numbers (not 0) must be pressed
You must save the result yourself
The timer is needed for rest and can beep (quietly so as not to wake up wives and children)
