Version 1.13:
Remove "production/testing" from Settings.
Automatic detection/loading of updates to rider list.
After updating rider list, check-ins previous regarded as "unregistered" are treated as legit.
Manual "reload rider list" button now moved to Status screen.
Fixed bugs in the "exit" feature.
"Publish results" feature gives warning if some riders are still unaccounted for.
