1. Fixed a bug with weekly mission access date
2. Fixed a bug where partner training slots were displayed as 'Completed' when the open period was over.
3. Fixed a bug where 'Construction Completed' was displayed when the construction progress of the Alliance City Reconstruction was over 90%.
4. Fixed a bug where 'Use' was not displayed when using the Hotel Settlement Recovery item.
