I am also a Bodybuilding Coach who has helped many males and females won gold medals and achieve their goals and more. I walk the bodybuilding journey myself and I will never ask a client to do something I know nothing about this is one of the biggest reasons why I walk the walk is to learn more and understand more. Knowledge is power and one can always learn more. I always invest into education to learn more and become better and better in my field.
