SteadFit is more than a wellness program for active agers 55+. It’s an entire community that moves you. Available by invite only, it offers personalized well-being plans that inspire you to stay active and connected to others. This engaging digital experience is an integral part of the holistic SteadFit wellness program and takes you step-by-step through exercises, articles, tips, quizzes and more. Whether you’re just getting into a stretching routine, or ready to run a mile, SteadFit is there to give you keep you personally guided and, as a community, collectively inspired. Go at your own pace. There’s something new to discover every day.

Choose your favorite ways to get moving and show your heart some love.

Strength

Build power from the inside out while gaining balance and agility.

Mindfulness

Take a deep breath — focus, clarity and relaxation are ahead.

What to expect from SteadFit plans:

● They’re progressive — you’ll “level up” gradually and with personal guidance.

● Do them in their entirety and you’ll meet the recommended guidelines for healthy activity, as outlined by the CDC.

● They include daily workouts and activities, plus interesting and informative tips, articles and quizzes.

● You’ll have fun — lots of it.
