Angular Distance

Photogrammetric alternative to using a sextant, theodolite, Jacob's staff etc.

Take a photo and select points (or horizon) to measure their angular separation.

Suitable for horizon sights of the moon and the brighter planets.

An Export feature is provided for compatibility with Celestial Navigation 360.

Angular distances are also useful e.g. for triangulation from landmarks, or for surveying applications such as trigonometric inference of the height of trees, outcrops, buildings...
