‘NextPartners Portal’, launched by Next Education in January’ 17
‘NextPartners Portal’, launched by Next Education in January’ 17, aims to provide our distributor partners an easy online process to access all the details of the business being done with us over the years, at the same time allowing them to place their orders directly through the portal. It serves as a one-stop shop for order placement to viewing Account Statements, raising complaints, initiating order returns and much more.
The portal can be accessed at www.nexteducation.in/nextpartners or www.nextpartners.in
A user needs to Sign Up into the portal with his registered mobile number. Once his registered mobile number and Email ID (if present) are verified through OTP on mobile and link being sent on email respectively, he will be able to:
Create new Business Units or update information of already existing business units mapped to his account
Add new warehouses or update the information of already existing warehouses mapped to his business units
Check and download Statement Of Account for all his business units across all the financial years
Check the Business Summary for all the business units across any financial year, which includes Total Business Done, Total Invoiced Amount, Total Due Amount and then detailed information regarding all his orders with the company, including the status of his already existing orders, new orders and other required information
Place an order directly through the portal by selecting among a range of books and combos available online and consequently perform real time tracking around the order
View details of all the orders placed, track the status of any order and respective dockets attached to that order, map the orders to schools in which he is planning to sell the ordered books and initiate returns for any order.
Add new users to the account who can act as Co-owners or Managers. Owners have been provided default add, deactivate or modify access rights across all business units whereas access rights for Managers can be configured in a separate screen by the Owners
