Like Ark of War. I give it 4 stars for having actual combat and an engaging training sequence. However, the story is poorly executed, the antagonist is to typical and the emphasis placed on the "echelon formation" just makes all of the characters seem profoundly stupid. Despite this, it does have engaging moments...if you're in to this style of game, or if you at least tried AoW, then you might like this.
