1.) Choose your Video or Picture.

3.) Choose any clip of the video, using a slider. (video only)

2.) Hit the "Create thumbnail" button (enter thumbnail preferences).

# For best results use videos and pictures with a high resolution.

# You can choose from a number of thumbnail output format (JPG, PNG, BMP, WEBP).

# You can also choose from a list of preset resolutions or specify Thumbnail width and thumbnail height.

All generated thumbnails are stored in "Pictures Folder" (i.e /SdCard/Pictures/).
