Switch on WiFi and Mobile data of locked device with a SMS

Ever forgot pattern and WiFi,Mobile data are switched off ? or what if any one who knows your pattern had changed it and switched off the internet(WiFi & Mobile data )? How will you recover it? Factory reset ? device wipe ? Those days are gone. If you have my app, you can send SMS to the number in the mobile whose pattern you have forgotten to switch on the internet so that you can log in into google account to recover the device.
