Learn to recognize stitches easily.

In sewing, stitches are part of a meeting between two or more of two layers of fabric, leather, or other material interconnected with a cake. The stitches in the bulk products of clothing, footwear, household textiles and modern sports equipment are sewn by industrial sewing machines. Shoe manufacturing, clothing, quilting, handicrafts, haute couture and home modiste may use a combination of hand sewing and machinery.

In the structure of the shirt, the stitches are grouped by type (plain, lapped, bound, flat) and its position in the finished garment product (center back stitch, inner suture, side seam). The stitches are finishing with a variety of techniques to prevent the edges of the cloth from opening and oppressing the inside of the fabric.

The sutures used to unite the stitch products are generally load-bearing and ideally should be physically similar to the sewn fabric. Types of stitches and sewing threads are used vary depending on the needs. Therefore, it is important to understand the different types of stitches, their use and their variations so that you can choose the right type of stitches to suit your needs.

Class 1 - Superimposed Stitches

Class 2 - Stitch Lapped

Class 3 - Stitch Bound

Class 4 - Stitch Flat

Class 5 - Decorative / Ornamental Set

Class 6 - Stitches / pliers

Class 7 - Unify the separate parts

Class 8 - Construction of single strand
