You can also train simultaneously thanks to the training programs. Choose your focus area, a training program based on level and duration, and start exercising! Whether you want to lose weight or have a muscular body, you can use training programs. Since the training programs run simultaneously, they give you a rest period after you do the work, and you can see the next exercise during this time. Almost like a personal trainer!
At the end of your workout, you can see the amount of kcal you burned and how long it took you. You can follow the number of calories you burn daily from your Profile graphically. You can see how much weight you lost by entering your weight on a daily basis from the Weight section of your Profile. You can find out your Body Mass Index according to your height and weight.
