Intervals is a simple, minimal Interval Timer for either long or short sessions. Which means you can use it for exercise and HIIT workouts as well as productivity sessions like Pomodoro.

It comes with 3 presets for HIIT, Tabata and Pomodoro which can be edited to suit your needs.

Features:

- Simple, Minimal UI

- Quick Setup

-Two types of sessions. Long and Short, for Productivity as well as Exercise

- Short Session: Active and Rest periods upto 5 minutes with minimum 5 seconds and 5 second increments. 30 cycles.

- Long Session : Active and Rest periods upto 1 hour. 30 cycles.

- Preparation time of 10 seconds

- Reset and Pause options during workout

- Set upto 3 Interval presets to quickly get to your preferred setup

Suitable for - High Intensity Training, Jumprope, Interval Training, CrossFit, Tabata, Pomodoro, Productivity, Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training, Running, Cardio Workouts, Gym and Home Use.
